At Penwith Dom Care, you will join a hands on management team with vast experience, high standards and huge respect for care staff, working along side them delivering the highest quality person centred care possible. We want to support all those delivering our service to be doing so with a smile, hence we have a 100% open door management policy, excellent pay rates and a culture of support and team work.
We understand the frustration of working with people who don't share your standards or work ethics, who let down the team and cannot be relied upon. At Penwith Dom Care we don't employ these people. We understand the importance of staff retention and the negative effect of poor quality recruitment or sponsorship.
